Geno was also told that his weight could take his life and that he was going to run out of time if he didn’t work hard. The My 600-Lb Life star was able to drop 236 pounds and qualified himself for bariatric surgery. His last reported weight was 422 lbs.
On the other hand, Nico had much better progress during their episode. He was able to drop 129 pounds by following Dr. Now’s strict diet and exercise regimen. The cousins also supported each other in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. They have also kept in touch with the fans, and many are impressed by their continued progress today.

Geno Dacunto was active on social media throughout 2024. The My 600-Lb Life star has yet to share updates this year. However, many of his photos last year indicate that he’s been thriving in life.
In August 2024, he uploaded a photo wearing a formal long sleeve. He looks much healthier compared to how he looked on the show.
It’s unclear if Geno has a job today. He studied Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University and currently lives in New Haven, Connecticut. He has also been silent regarding his significant other, Jessica Michelle, though it’s unclear if they called it quits.

Nico Martone is more active on social media compared to his cousin, Geno. Recently, the My 600-Lb Life star uploaded a photo with his wife, Rose Martone. Nico is glowing in the photo, indicating that he’s been thriving in his weight loss journey.
He currently lives in North Branford, Connecticut, close to his cousin. Unfortunately, the two barely share photos with each other today. But Nico likes to hang out with his friends. It was also reported that he works as a line cook at Silver Sands Beach and Tennis Club.
