Kody Brown’s rude comments on Sunday night’s episode of Sister Wives enraged viewers — including Meri Brown.
Earlier in Season 19, Kody vowed he would never speak another harsh word about Meri. But clearly, he didn’t intend to keep that promise. During the new episode, he slammed her friend group and said she would never find a man who would put up with them.
Now, Meri and her best friend Jenn have some pretty choice words for her ex-husband. Jenn isn’t going anywhere.
Meri Brown & Jenn Sullivan Have Built A Deep Connection
On Sunday night, fans saw a sweet bonding moment between Meri Brown and Jenn Sullivan. They sat on the porch together and discussed Meri’s future in Utah. And Jenn also encouraged Meri to lawyer up against Kody regarding Coyote Pass. She helped Meri see that Kody and Robyn weren’t invested in her best interests.
But according to Kody Brown, Jenn Sullivan is a “b*tch” and he wants Meri to ditch her.
Overall, most Sister Wives viewers felt shocked and appalled at his comments. It’s no secret that Kody Brown doesn’t really like Meri’s friends. But viewers felt it was incredibly bold and inappropriate to say that in his confessional. Online, several fans expressed how kind and supportive Jenn has been toward Meri when no one else in the Brown family wanted much of a relationship with her.
Thankfully, Sister Wives fans don’t need to worry. Meri Brown also expressed outrage over her ex-husband’s words and made it clear Jenn is here to stay.

In an Instagram live, Meri Brown explained that she didn’t know about the “ditch those b*tches” comment until the episode aired. Sadly, this means fans won’t get to see her address it in the upcoming tell-all.
However, she’s not about to let Kody get away with it. Meri and Jenn had custom sweatshirts made to take a jab at him.
“Bitchcraft: The art of pissing people off while smiling sweetly @justjennreally #SaltyBirches” the TLC star shared on Instagram after Sunday night’s controversial episode debuted. In the photo, she and Jenn Sullivan grin at the camera with knowing smiles.
Meri’s Instagram followers felt relieved that she chose Jenn over Kody. They left supportive comments, including:
