Cameron Mathison Is Going To Be Spending Christmas Alone This Year
Hannah Swensen alum Cameron Mathison is going to be spending this Christmas alone. The General Hospital star recently spoke to EntertainmentNow at this year’s Christmas Con about his holiday plans.
Firstly, he acknowledged that things will be very lonely, now that he and his ex-wife Vanessa split over the summer. Therefore, their two children will be spending this holiday season with their mother.
It’s my first holidays without my kids in 21 years. They’re going to be with their mom, which is going to be new for me.
Instead, Cameron has decided, “This is a new chapter, but I’m going to make the most of it.” He has made other plans. This Christmas, he is skiing in Colorado with his father. “I’m going to open presents on Christmas with him and his wife and then I’m going to hit the slopes.”
Subsequently, he is going to make the best of this situation. “So, I will be skiing on Christmas Day. It’ be the only way that I can kind of get through not being there with my kids.”
General Hospital Star Went To Europe To Visit Children
While the holidays are important, life is already different for Cameron Mathison this year. That is because both of his children went away to school in Europe. His daughter Leila is at the American University in Paris.
She is studying psychology there. As for son Lucas, he is in London, studying fashion design through the Foundation Program at Central St. Martin.
Although they left in the summer for fall classes, he did visit both of them in October. He shared videos and photos of each trip, beaming with pride at each of his children. He saw historic sites, took in a David Gilmour Concert, and spent quality time with each of his kids.
Cameron Mathison may be ending this transitional year in a new way, he is also starting 2025 with a new project. He shared, “I’m launching something called Health 360. It’s a functional health coaching company.”
