Kody Brown’s Detailed Ownership In Coyote Pass
When the Brown family was contemplating moving to Flagstaff, Arizona, Coyote Pass was one of the lots they were looking at. They purchased it as they heard angels singing when they walked the grounds. Upon relocating, Meri and Janelle Brown got rentals for themselves while Christine Brown Woolley purchased her home. As for Robyn Brown, she was renting but had to make a quick decision for her house. Ultimately, she and Kody ended up buying their home for nearly $900K. They never built on the land though everyone was given a parcel even if they did not like where they landed.
Janelle wanted to build and begged for something to happen, even buying an RV to live there in the summer. Kody was adamant that they could not afford it and then Christine exited the family. She sold her lot and was done with it. When Janelle left the family, she asked Kody to buy her out but he claimed he could not afford it. However, she had mentioned before that she knew he had a lot of assets. Now, he is left with Robyn and they are the only ones who want CP but how much stake does he have in it?
A Reddit thread broke down how much Kody Brown actually owns of Coyote Pass. He has a bit of everyone’s parcel to total 45% ownership. Robyn owns 25% while Meri owns just 10% and Janelle owns 20%. A Big Wake-Up Call
After seeing how the parcels were broken up and how much control Kody Brown has, Sister Wives fans were shocked. They had a lot of feelings but were sickened by Kody’s actions and hoped this was a wake-up call for some of the wives:
- Meri is so screwed. I hope this is her wake up call to run away forever from Kody and Robyn.
- This entire plan was stupid from the get go. The wives were foolish to ever go along with it and to co-mingle their money in a family pot with Kody in charge. That man has never made good financial choices.
