Robyn Brown breaks down in tears and tells Meri she feels ‘selfish’ as she remains in a marriage with Kody
ROBIN Brown has broken down in tears after an emotional conversation with her sister wife, Meri.
A clip from the new episode of Sister Wives was released just hours before it premiered on TLC.
During their conversation, Meri, 52, told Robyn, 44, about her big plans.
As showcased in last week’s episode, the TLC personality revealed that she wanted to move her clothing business, LuLaRoe up to Utah where her bed and breakfast, Lizzie’s Heritage Inn, is located, but was nervous about Robyn’s reaction.
However, Meri was feeling stressed about her decision: “I just don’t like change and it’s scary and it’s just, with everything else that’s going on in the family, it just feels like another thing. I also know you’re the only one who cares about it too.”
“I do,” Robyn replied, “I mean, as long as you’re really truly gonna still be here.”
Meri confirmed that she was going to still live close to Robyn and their husband, Kody, 54.
“I just want you around, always have,” Robyn admitted.
“I know,” Meri said with teary eyes.
In a confessional, Robyn said: “Is she gonna just keep putting more pieces of herself there that will eventually take her there all the way.”
Meri confided in Robyn and expressed her feelings that she wasn’t leaving Kody: “It’s scary to me because of what it looks like and it’s scary to me because I know I have fear what you’re gonna think that it is and I know what that Kody isn’t gonna give a crap.”
Back in Robyn’s confessional, she feared she didn’t know what was next for Meri: “I’m grateful she’s hanging on and I want her to continue to, but I feel selfish that this whole experience of being here and waiting to see if something can happen between her and Kody has gotta be hard. I just want her to be happy.”
NOT READY TO MOVE ON
Earlier this year, Meri chose to “permanently terminate” her and Kody’s spiritual marriage, however, the TV star may still be holding out hope for their relationship.
“Meri hasn’t given up on her marriage to Kody,” a source told The U.S. Sun, “She might’ve ‘separated’ from him, but she’s not ever going to leave him, leave him. She’s going to wait for him to come back.”
The insider went on to say that a big reason why she’s not ready to move on is because she “has rarely gone on any dates.”
“She might not find love again because she’s really not putting in the effort,” the source said.
“She’s perfectly okay with being independent and just enjoying this time with her friends and focusing on her businesses.”
TIME TO HERSELF
On Thursday, Meri enjoyed time with a friend while hiking and biking through a popular Utah national park.
The star was all smiles as she stopped to pose for a picture in front of a stunning landscape at Zion National Park.
In the first snap, Meri put her hand on her hip and smiled towards the camera as she stood in front of green trees and stunning cliffs.
She showed off her figure in a graphic T-shirt and jean shorts to flaunt her toned legs.
She hid her eyes from the bright sun with a pair of sunglasses.
In the following snaps, she took a selfie with a friend while going for a bike ride and other nature-related snaps.
Meri captioned her post: “I’ve been talking for months about needing to get back to Zion National Park, and today was the day! This place is beautiful and peaceful, and every time I go, I’m literally full of awe at its majesty.
“I love being in nature, and I love adventuring. Thanks for indulging me @blairmichael12 and sharing today’s adventure with me!!”
