Someone won’t survive the week according these General Hospital spoilers! Nina tries to warn Willow, Sasha stands her ground, and Lulu and Sam’s loved ones wait for word about the transplant. But the news isn’t good!
Nina has been able to somewhat repair her relationship with Willow so she’s able to offer her daughter some serious advice. “You’re running out of time,” she warns. Are things between Willow and Drew heating up again? And why is Cody punching Drew in the face at the Brown Dog? Nina is shocked by the violence, but what are the men fighting about?
Sasha’s world was turned upside down when Holly resurfaced to inform her daughter that she was Robert Scorpio’s daughter, making her new boyfriend, Cody, her cousin. She seemed willing to get to know Robert, so it’s likely Holly Sasha is talking to when she hisses: “You’re dead to me!” 
Someone pops open a jewelry box to reveal a gorgeous diamond ring. Is someone proposing? And if so, who is popping the question, and how will the person they’re asking respond?
The big drama this week surrounds Sam going under the knife to donate part of her liver to save Lulu. “Any news?” Dante asks, clearly growing impatient sitting helplessly in the hospital waiting area. “How’s Lulu?” Laura worries, praying for a miracle that will bring her child back to her. “How’s my daughter?” wonders Alexis, worried about Sam.
Both Carly and Jason wonder, “What happened?” And finally, over a black screen, we hear Lucas announce: “Time of death, 5:48.” His voice chokes up at the end as he mourns the loss.
