General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) may start playing the blame game after the shocking loss of Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Dante will always love Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins), but he’s really grown to love Sam too throughout the course of their romance.

At this point, Sam and Dante have developed one of the happiest, healthiest relationships in Port Charles.

It’s clear that Dante is crazy about Sam, who he respects and feels a deep connection with.

Sam and Dante’s bond is strong and mature, so it’ll be a shame to lose them as a couple.

Who will Dante blame once Sam’s gone? Dante may hold himself responsible, especially if Sam doesn’t survive the river weapon search she’s planning on.

Dante may end up feeling guilty for not trying harder to stop Sam from doing that dangerous dive.

That said, Dante may also feel a lot of anger over the situation that led to Sam’s grim circumstances.

Will Dante eventually end up blaming Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?

Sam wouldn’t be trying to prove Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) innocence if Sonny had just taken responsibility for his own criminal actions.

Furthermore, none of this would be happening if Sonny hadn’t taken Agent John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington) out permanently.

It’s easy to see why Dante might turn against Sonny and lash out at him over Sam’s demise.

Dante knows how Sonny operates and may assume he’s indeed the one who ended John’s life.

Once Dante is in the depths of his grief, his sinister side may come out and lead to troubling news.

Dante could go after Sonny himself or find other disturbing ways to cope once he’s facing this crushing Sam loss.

Based on our predictions, that could cause a setback when it comes to Dante and Lulu’s inevitable reunion.

Dante may not be the same man when Lulu awakens, so that could hinder things when it comes to them getting back together.
