‘Sister Wives’ Season 19 Shows Kody Meeting David Woolley

Kody Brown looking confused in Season 19 trailer

As the premiere of Season 19 of Sister Wives approaches, fans are curious about what they might see happen with the family. Kody Brown is obviously not on great terms with most of his adult children. On top of that, he is constantly trying to pin the responsibility for his poor actions on others, including Christine Brown’s new man David Woolley. Keep reading to see the two men come face to face in the Season 19 trailer.

Season 19 Trailer Promises Serious Drama

The new trailer for Season 19 of Sister Wives promises a lot of drama in the Brown family. Of course, Kody Brown seems angry throughout much of the video and at one point asks what he did to deserve any of this happening to him. He seems to be willing to place the blame on anyone but himself.

At another point in the clip, Christine Brown introduces her husband, David Woolley. He appears at a family gathering where most of the Brown family is present. Kody can be seen cradling a baby and appears to be eyeing David, who is sitting in the corner with her daughter, Ysabel Brown.

Admittedly, David Woolley hasn’t been overly friendly with Kody Brown since he started dating his ex-wife. At times, he has done what he can to stir the pot. Christina and David mocked Kody for his comment about her eating nachos in a funny social media post.

Sister Wives fans may recall that Kody wrote about how he was “grossed out” by how Christine ate nachos in the family book.

On top of that, David started calling Christine “queen” to get under Kody’s skin. It is supposed to be a jab at the Brown patriarch for calling Christine “princess” and accusing her of being lazy.

Will Sister Wives Fans See Kody & David Confront Each Other?

The Season 19 trailer doesn’t show any confrontation between the two men. Honestly, there probably won’t be one. If Sister Wives fans know anything about Kody Brown, they know he’ll likely wait until he sits down for a confessional to talk crap.

That said, the entire Brown family seems to feel at ease with David Woolley around. Janelle and Christine Brown‘s kids all appear to get along well with David. They’ve been much more accepting of him than they ever were of Robyn Brown when she entered the family.

Fans may remember that when Robyn first appeared on the scene Kody Brown started breaking his own rules left and right. Not to mention, he was visiting with Robyn hours away when Christine went into labor.

The Sister Wives star laid down more strict rules at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, which further ostracized him from his children. Eventually, it was just him and Robyn left.

For the kids, there is a major difference between how Robyn entered the Brown family and how David did it. Robyn claimed to want a huge family that she could grow old with, but her actions never depicted that. She did everything she could to change the dynamic in the family and become the number one priority for Kody Brown. David, on the other hand, has taken Christine Brown as she is and embraced the family as a whole.

Kody seems to be upset about how 12 out of the 18 children have accepted David Woolley into the family, while his favorite wife Robyn is ignored. Fans know this is laughable, but Kody has never been self-aware, and he certainly won’t take responsibility for anything.
