General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that we’ve got some comings and goings news to pass along, so let’s talk about what’s in store. According to Deadline, August 26 will bring the debut of a new character named Isaiah, so look for Sawandi Wilson to make his first appearance in the role.

The show hasn’t divulged many details about Isaiah so far, but he’s somehow connected to Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) and the captivity crisis that he’s currently dealing with.

You might recognize Wilson from his work on Star Trek: Discovery, Harlem and The House of Flowers, but now he’ll be making a splash on GH as Isaiah hits the screen. We’ll be sure to deliver more story predictions as other info comes in.

Next, let’s discuss the return of a fan favorite since Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will be back in the August 26 episode as well.

It’s always a delight to see Robert again, so many viewers should enjoy upcoming scenes with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

General Hospital spoilers say Anna will have a strategy session with Robert as they try to figure out a way to find Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) without alerting Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) to what they’re up to.

That could be a tricky task since Brennan is the kind of man who’s privy to most secrets! Nevertheless, Anna will bounce some ideas around with Robert and try to nail down a plan.

In other comings and goings news, you may have noticed that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) was looking a little different during all the recent funeral and burial drama.

That’s because Lindsay Hartley was once again asked to fill in and took over for Monaco in those scenes.

However, Hartley is only a temporary replacement, so there’s no need to worry about Monaco losing the role! Monaco will be back on-screen before you know it, but it’s nice that Hartley was able to step up when the need arose.
