‘OutDaughtered’ Fans Tell Danielle Busby ‘Sell Your Louis Vuitton’
Many OutDaughtered fans are tired of hearing Adam and Danielle Busby talk about money. Now that the girls are back in school, the Busbys are about to face even higher costs.
But are Adam and Danielle truly strapped for cash? Or is this a storyline for the sake of the show? Seasoned fans have opinions and aren’t afraid to share them online.
Fans Point Out Danielle Busby’s Designer Purse Collection
Despite having so many children, Adam and Danielle Busby seem to be doing well financially. They have a beautiful home and always have enough to eat. And that’s precisely why viewers are tired of hearing them complain about money.
In fact, several think it’s a matter of poor financial planning. The Busbys have several streams of income, after all.
“Maybe if Danielle could do math they would not be so financially strapped,” one Redditor shared on the platform recently. They went on to quote an interview where Danielle talked about the high costs of summer camps and other programs for the kids. And of course, the food costs can really add up.
However, the OP also thought poor money management skills might be to blame. After all, they often go on trips as a family.
Other Redditors quickly pointed out that the Busbys spend an exorbitant amount of money on non-essentials. Summer camps are excellent opportunities for children, but they aren’t necessary. On top of that, TLC likely pays for many of the family’s opportunities and vacations.
“She’s got Louis Vuitton purses, they are not that strapped for cash,” another Reddit user chimed in. Someone else replied that Danielle should sell the purses and use the money to pay for summer camp.
Is Entitlement To Blame For The Situation?
Naturally, having six children can be quite expensive. However, many OutDaughtered fans on the thread pointed out that many other American families are in the same situation. And they don’t have income from a reality television show either.
“With so much being paid for by the show, Danielle owning a store, and Adam’s photography work they should be just fine. I think most of this stuff is drama to bring ratings and views,” one Redditor added their views. “I do think the ‘fame’ has gone to both of their heads though and they may be living above their means to keep up with the Joneses, not because they actually have to.”
What do you think about the Busby family’s financial situation? Do you think they’re really struggling with money, or do they simply need to budget better? Leave your own thoughts and opinions in the comments.
