General Hospital Spoilers: GH Cast Says Goodbye to Gregory Harrison – Co-Stars React to Heartbreaking Exit
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that fans were forced to bid farewell to Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) after he passed away in his sleep. The aftermath of Gregory’s demise brought some difficult scenes as Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) found his father’s lifeless body and broke the sad news to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).
Of course, viewers will want to get their tissues ready for Violet Finn’s (Jophielle Love) reaction.
You can bet that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will deal with some heartbreak once they get updates, too.
However, we want to focus on the reactions of Gregory Harrison’s co-stars for a moment now that his exit is official.
Several cast members have posted goodbye messages on social media, so let’s look at what some of them had to say.
For starters, Michael Easton posted a heartfelt tribute to his TV Dad on Instagram.
It’s clear that Easton had a great off-screen relationship with Harrison and was sad to see him go.
“Gregory Harrison. One of the finest actors I’ve ever had the privilege of working with and an even better human being. I learned so much from you, my friend, and it was an absolute honor to get to share a stage with you these past three years. Your talent, grace and powerful presence will be greatly missed around the studio,” Easton said.
In addition to Easton’s behind-the-scenes photos and kind comments, Jophielle Love posted some pics and a sweet message of her own.
“Oh Grand’Pa Gregory! @gnhsurf I will miss you so very much on GH . And I know Michael@will to! @generalhospitalabc … I wish you didn’t die You were the best TV Grand Pa!” Love insisted.
Although Love acknowledged Violet’s sadness, she pointed out that she gained an honorary grandpa in real life and expressed her love to Harrison.
Nancy Lee Grahn also reflected on her time working with Harrison and showered him with some well-deserved compliments.
“Was hard to say good bye to working with my friend, Gregory Harrison. What a treat to share the stage with this guy, and getting to know him was a gift.
I truly love & respect everything about him,” Grahn said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
General Hospital spoilers say Gregory’s funeral arrangements will have to be made soon, so we’ll bring you more predictions on the added despair that’ll bring.
