Sister Wives on TLC revealed that Kody Brown set his heart on building multiple properties on Coyote Pass near Flagstaff. Sister Wives fans speculated several times that the family might lose their property at Coyote Pass. In December, reality TV fans talked about how the family was unable to construct homes there until they paid off the land. In fact, it seemed as though they only paid half the amount due since 2018. Even Gwendlyn, Christine’s daughter opined that they’ll never get around to developing it.
Kody Brown never did get his giant mansion that he proposed to his wives. In fact, the only person who stayed there was Janelle. Recall, that she was in her RV and he gave it the thumbs-down. More recently, TLC fans saw him arguing with Janelle about developing it. And that angered fans who knew that he found the money when Robyn insisted on her mansion.
Sister Wives Kody Brown’s True Intentions
On Reddit, Sister Wives fans recently raised the subject of the lack of development on Coyote Pass again.

In the comments, people talked again about how Kody Brown never really put in any effort apart from getting the big house plans drawn up. In fact, one person opined that Kody “had no intentions to build.” The reason being that they just “wanted the land,” and didn’t need the services.

I don’t think Kody ever planned on building on the land. I think he was planning on just holding onto it for a few years and selling it for a profit. It’s weird to me that he presented that big floor plan without any input from his wives, just here it is.”
Speculation On Land Investment
